Daniel,

My first thought yesterday on Pair when I saw the volume surge was that they were going to be bought out.

Very reasonable assumption. I have heard off and on that they were going to be bought out for a year now. At one time previously, I was genuinely looking to get in, but after I missed the pump, I stayed out and was very glad to have missed the dump. Looks like for some companies, old tricks and habits never die. What really irks me is that earlier, the VERY SAME DAY (ARGH!), they were given an upgrade. Which might have made since if they were given the upgrade AFTER the warning (contrarian, you know).

What fools brokerage houses must believe the herd are (and I suppose that is a correct assumption considering what happened with PAIR on Fri.) - call STRONG BUY when over priced and truly a sell, then downgrade to HOLD or SELL when prices are, in reality, reasonable and are therefore truly a buy.

Just some observations.

Glad you stayed out.

Best Regards,
KevinT
