Thanks for your note. When I am talking free ISP, I am talking nearly fully free. No PC's to buy and no 3 year committment to MSN or AOL. All 4 ISP's of mine collect some "personal" info and put a little window of Adverts on my screen.

First of all the info is not really personal, since most of it they can get from some credit or other mass mailing bureau. Second of all you can always give them BS on the personal info side, they dont check it.BTW I dont do that because I feel they should get "something" for their free ISP service. Also I don't mind some Adverts, what the heck most web pages now have these rotating banners anyway. In fact I click on some of the good ones that promise great deals or some sign up gift certificates. My clicks will hopefully keep these fellas in business as I really want them to mushroom and flourish so that MSN's and AOL's of the world are put out of commission.
