I think that you blew it here, Bilow. Computers send reads and writes pretty well scattered around the memory, especially when you consider that the caches are picking off most of the accesses to the "hot spots" in the address space. To have only one Rdram powered up would be way optimistic.

However this effect varies according to many factors such as what OS you're running, what utilities, what apps, etc. Of course it also depends on how much total memory you have. All this will be argued about for decades.
