Investors appear to be concerned about the future of ISP's in general. Free internet access service as well as competing high-speed connections via cable and wireless technologies do legitemitely threaten the traditional ISP in the long run. Technovision continues to build ints subscriber base both internally and through acquisitions, and is still expected to post solid revenue and earnings growth over the next 6-12 months. The industry is beginning to consolidate at a faster pace. Hopefully, TVS will itself become a takeover target given its attractive subscriber base and profitability. None-the-less, the stock trades at a low p/e relative to its peers.

Technical support at about $0.70 and resistance at about $1.00.
