As we all know, HOTJ's initiated coverage sang the praises of the internet recruitment business model without distinguishing a clear cut front runner. Very important, since HHNT is in the top three.

cbs.marketwatch.com

The $40 price target for HOTJ would give it a marketcap of 1.06 billion. With HHNT's near identical business model & future prospects, a comparable $40 price target would place HHNT's marketcap at a discounted 428 million. Whoa.

Current revenue & earnings disparity is more a non issue considering the explosive revenue growth & potential profit margins which truly dictate valuation.

From CBS: "Andrikopoulos said in a research note that he sees recruitment advertising reaching as much as $2 billion by fiscal 2003, up from $100 million in 1998."

In addition, the charts are forming a beautiful cup here. We have explosive.

Happy trading.
