You are right about the publishing of their Q4. CGI will publish on the same date than BCE for profit consolidation reasons. I think that the Microsoft alliance was the necessary starting point for more news. Now the interest for CGI new contracts will be more followed by Financial Community. Another few days with shares increase and we will see a buy signal on:

I think CGI definitely needs some state side analyst,brokerage firm,
someone,anyone to start covering it.
CIBC Oppenheimer gave it a strong buy feb99.
Maybe with this alliance with Microsoft will wake someone upto GIB on NYSE.
