Not bad! Let's just coordinate here and not get too many cooks in the kitchen...if ya know what I mean. Are you in contact with the Mayor about your efforts so we are all headed in the same direction? Also...I DO like Fatt Matt's suggestion of having a section of pertinent quick DD information on Authorized shares, Issued and Outstanding Shares and approximate float according to the company.....and dated for when the information was last updated. VERY helpful. It would also help if that section contained all the officers names, email addresses, job descriptions and background...including the corporate counsel for SEC compliance. One other helpful feature....a summary of the most recent financials showing total revenues, total expenses, profit/loss and EPS. Think about it.
