Sweet Adelle - It is lovely to see you here. Alan and I spent a lot of time talking about you and dan and your family yesterday. We hope when you are feeling some better we will be able to see you again. What has happened to you is really a nitemare that any parent can (only) imagine. Please try to be good to yourself and each other. Grieving is a tremendously exhausting process,emotionally and physically, so don't expect too much of yourselves too soon. And know that others have you in their thoughts and prayers while you heal. Love, Emily
