Fred,>>>My guess....INTC beats estimates by a few cents...the stock sells off because expectations have gotten so high...<<<

That's what you get after being around here for awhile, isn't that right?

The range of esitmates by brokers covering the stock is between 52 and 61, with the mean at 56. Kumar has it at 65. Our own McGinnis is probably going around whispering $1.00.

After earnings announcement of about 63 then comes the sell off. McGinnis comes back and boasts about his Puts.

But you have to remember, McGuinnis has a lot of pride (excessive? <gggg>) and he will brag about his Puts and get Paul really upset. Finally, Jim will lose money as he holds on to his puts for too long - and Paul wins again.

Just my guess.
