The first two items below are articles written by Iraj Najafi, and the link is to a patent held by Mr. Najafi. I have no opinion about the merits of LUMM as a long or short just yet, but the presence of board member Saviuk, and involvement of MNTX and PICA (both Canadian OTC stocks), and Lou Mikiluc is cause for suspicion.
