Don't forget that HMAR (now HMARQ) was on an acquisition binge before the bottom fell out. As I recall, HMAR's tangible book value is substantially less than book value, because of good will. Be sure to subtract out any good will on the books when evaluating assets. You might find out that liabilities exceed assets.

HMARQ Debate Sarge: I probably should not have posted this special situation on this message board. It is becoming far too cumbersome,has added to board clutter, and is an issue which apparently is not of interest to most. I don't think you're cluttering up this board with talk about HMARQ. Believe it or not, I find this topic quite interesting.
