Bob, Your post was impressive. You really understand what is going on. I would recommend you to visit the US Web/CKS-site. In my opinion they also have a very, very bright future. You can also download a few white paper. One of them explains in a simple picture the main areas of e-business. With innovation as the driving force, e-commerce has impact on four areas; leverage human capital, marketing (1 to 1), pro- duct differentation and business proces improvement. It makes sense. Last thursday I visited the CEO of a satelite- company of Cap Gemini and used this model to explain my vision on e-commerce. After half an hour the CEO offered me a job. The job of my dreams. Working for a small innovative company with a lot of top-100 companies on their customer list. But also the benefit of big company, because it is a 100% Cap Gemini company.
