AMZN now trades back over its 200-dma since mid-July. The whole Internet sector as a subsection of technology has momentum behind it and I expect that rotation to carry through, barring any unpleasantries on the inflation front. Technically, there is good support at $62 and I believe dips are buyable to that point. Resistance is at $68, then $70. However, based on a cup and handle formation in the making since mid-July, it appears that AMZN is likely to continue up. The next resistance point is at $80.

(How's your ORCL doing? I'm getting antsy. The gains are too quick too soon! After all, is ORCL an inut?)

Olu, I know you are a TA guy but I wouldn't sell Orcl or any software stock right now, I think they are all going to rise 50% or so, some much more, pretty quickly. Oracle will benefit as a sort of peripheral play to b-2-b e-commerce so it isn't totally outside of the internet space...

That is the nicest looking cup and handle I ever did see. The question is, does that itty bitty gap fill first?
