Blaine in my opinion should not be involved with any negotiations involving the sale of OUR company.The man in my opinion should be in jail for trying to sell the company out from under us to begin with. Ask yourself one question,do you trust this man?If you don't,demand that he step down immediately.Those extra adm. costs that are in the financials are just one glaring example of how poorly he has done his job.Do you know that I have heard rumor that some of the company credit cards had balances of over 40k.These were issued to mngmt in canada,that did nothing but splurge and play golf.To me this should be considered as a punishable offense under law.I know it is in the USA.The people involved should have to pay restitution for fraudulantly using company funds.IMO
