That would be correct, but they haven't announced anything yet, so in your mind:

When do you think they will close the financing?

Is financing really in the bag as you told us all many months ago? Or are they having some trouble raising the required funds?

There doesn't seem to be any institutional following. Has Groome produced any reports on the company?

What would be an acceptable amount to close if they can't get $15 million? $ 0.5,1,2,5,10 million?

Since the financing isn't closed, is it safe to assume no funds have been transferred to Cobatec. If so, when does Cobatec say no money, no deal. Has this deal been finalized? Has some other form of bridge financing for the $1.5 million been arranged to ensure the deal will close?

Again, as an observer of Canmine, it seems things are dragging out. Do you honestly feel at this time cobalt delivery to Shepard is feasible by year end? Certainly not October as discussed.

I've been unable to access the Cobatec website, www.cobatec.com. Maybe theres more info on the facility.

If this site can discuss Auzzie laterites, aids, Congo war, Russia, hockey and what have you, surely some followers wouldn't mind a little information on investing in a great nickel producer like Inco. Isn't Inco really part of the big picture here in terms of nickel/cobalt production!!
