A friend was telling me about a farmer who had an old combine he liked to play with. So old it didn't have a cab. The hopper just cleared the door of the shed where he kept it and he would duck to drive it in. One day he wasn't paying attention and didn't duck in time but instead hit the clutch and brake. The top of the door caught his head and pinned it to the hopper and lifted him to where only his toes were on the pedals and he couldn't reach the gear shift. One more inch and he would be dead. 3 hours later a neighbor saw him but the situation was too tricky to try to shift gears so he hooked up a tractor and drug the combine out of the door way. That must have been a long 3 hours.
