What gets me with the Short Selling Bashers (SSB's for Short...) is the Bashing part... ZICA had a great run and is at a price it should be several months from now, IMO... Why not state: "the stock has run ahead of itself, therefore, as Short Sellers, we believe it represents a great shorting opportunity, end of the story and the stock folds back some 30%, where it probably belongs... But SSB's are not happy with that, as they want to drive it into the ground, hence the Dirt Searching or Inventing if it can't be found...

In other words and IMO, there is no need to bash, unless, of course, it's an ingrained character trait...

You only need to post a Disclaimer if you are compensated by the Company, which is not the case, I believe... I also often put a short Disclaimer when I discuss the future value of a stock, so that Newbies understand I have a vested interest and I am a Biased Long...
