Believe your friend is right ...Most bank employees in the field are overworked underpaid and are using technology and systems that is being developed slowly.Sometimes I think of bank trading systems is like you and I going into business and are dependent on a car to make a living ...What do we do.We go out and buy a second hand car because it is cheap to keep costs down......LOL Ironically that is what I think of when I think of Crashes at the banks and the attitude of some of the people working there.I was in that business for 7 years....a couple lifes ago...
