Great news although I had not heard that it had died.

I like the part which says: "Earlier this year, Intel invested $100 million in the Korean chip giant, on the condition that Samsung used the money to ramp up production of Rambus Direct DRAM." I wonder if the hundred megabucks has anything to do with Samsung's enthusiasm for Rambus?
