I think the Oilpec nations are going to pull a mini-1973 in the 4th quarter and use Y2K as an excuse to raise prices further. The economy is steaming ahead and consumers will pay higher prices without griping. I decided this weekend to buy puts on the transporation indexes and leave the QQQ alone. The QQQ index is rigged.
