People may stand on street corners all day long and shout their opinions about anything but,they have no right to get right up into someone elses face with it.

OK, we agree on this. Now let's apply that principle, if you will put up with the limited function of my defective intellect, to protests at abortion clinics.

The distinction here is between protests against the policy of legal abortion and protests directed at harassing individuals who are performing or receiving a legal medical procedure. The former would be protected as a legitimate exercise of free speech, the latter would not be. The dividing line would be the perceived intent of the protest.

Do we still agree?
