It is for Christopher to say whether he regarded Steve's post, which so outraged you, as an "attack," done, furthermore, with the use of "typical guerrilla tactics", by "jumping in unexpectedly," and "slashing and burning," and "then running away back to his hidy-hole." I trust that Steve knows I regarded his post as nothing of the sort. I always enjoy my discussions with him, particularly since he is universally intelligent, on point, and interesting. I am even happy to let him win one or two rounds on occasion just to keep his ego intact! <g>
