Sir Survivin, Sanders made the correct move in getting rid of Razi. It is now apparent Razi lost his nerve. Sanders had no choice in the decision. Razi decided to become a cancer to the AMD corporate goal. Not a good trate for a venture capitalist.

I agree, an outright sale of Dresden is
1)probably legally impossible
2)a bad idea anyway
3)the money that would be absolutely thrown away is twice the annual savings in expenses

Without the booming flash business, Raza's extreme measures may have been necessary.
