Some time ago a poster suggested that one Anthony Elgendy (?) had been sanctioned by the SEC for trading irregularities. Are you that individual? If you are, what were the violations you were charged with? Also, what sanctions were imposed by the SEC, and for what period of time? Lastly, what disclaimers are posted on your site? Should you not be the aforementioned Anthony Elgendy please do not take offense at my line of questioning.
