At its current $10B market cap, successful is not the issue, perfection is. MMCN dropped 60% on the loss of IBM as customer, APEX lost 1/3 on rumors of losing HP as customer (which the company confirmed today, and stock will likely drop some more tomorrow). JNPR will easily get a 80% haircut if it loses UUnet. Think twice if anyone thinks that's not gonna happen. UUnet cut its purchase from RBAK by 2/3 last quarter.

Regards,

Tom

Thank you to Tom for popping in.

PAT, no where in my posts did I say JNPR would not be successful. I said it is overvalued given the target market, propective target markets, competitors within those markets and prospects of successfully competing against those competitors in those markets given their technology lead.

As for CSCO, I am very overweighted CSCO in my portfolio.
