HeadHunter.NET Strikes Co-Branding Agreements With Popular
Vertical and Consumer Sites

NORCROSS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 15, 1999--

Co-branding deals let visitors to six sites directly access powerful
job search and recruiting services

HeadHunter.NET (Nasdaq/NM:HHNT), a leading online recruiting service, today announced co-branding agreements with sites in key business markets and with expanding consumer sites. Co-brand partners are TelekomNet, SuccessCenter, HOTBIZ.COM, Moving.com, ShopItAll.com,
and ISP Alliance, Inc.'s URAH.com. Now, visitors to these sites will have direct access to Headhunter.net's powerful job and resume database and career resources. Headhunter.net will be the exclusive provider of job postings to the sites and will share in revenue generated from additional new job postings.

Headhunter.net Senior Vice President of Marketing Judy Hackett explained: "Our best-of-class job search and recruiting tools add value to several of the Web's most popular and emerging-growth
sites. Co-branding partners will provide 'career centers,' where their users can post and look for jobs and resumes from their sites. At the same time, co-branding helps Headhunter.net extend its reach to both consumer and important business-to-business markets. It also gives Headhunter.net jobs good niche exposure."

Ms. Hackett added: "Our co-branding strategy is currently focused on Headhunter.net's strongest vertical markets, which include information technology, sales, marketing, and finance. For many of these business sites, employment services are a natural extension of their offerings.
Simultaneously, we are pursuing consumer portals that can benefit from the types of services we provide."

In August, Headhunter.net announced a co-branding agreement with leading national Internet Service Provider, MindSpring Enterprises, Inc. Through the terms of the one-year marketing arrangement, MindSpring subscribers have access to Headhunter.net job listings, and corporate and small business customers may post their jobs on the co-branded web site and receive a special 10 percent discount. Earlier this year, Headhunter.net struck deals with the growing Peopleweb portal and justsell.com, the Internet's premier sales and marketing portal for professionals, executives, and business owners.

Business Portals. One new co-brand partner in the information technology sector is TelekomNet (http://www.telekomnet.com), a top-ranked, full-service portal for networking professionals that is
partnered with industry giants Cisco, Lucent/Ascend, 3Com, Nortel/Bay, and Cabletron. Tyler Clements, TelekomNet's vice president of strategic planning, explained the rationale for the partnership: "Headhunter.net is the leading information technology career center on the Web. We could have gone with several other sites, but we found Headhunter.net's reach within the IT job market to be much better developed than the others. Our partnership is another component in
establishing a comprehensive portal for networking professionals."

Business portal HOTBIZ.COM (http://www.hotbiz.com) provides online business applications and a gateway to services for small businesses. "We not only empower businesses with easy-to-use tools for communication, collaboration, and e-commerce but also provide a market place for them," says Parul Chheda, HOTBIZ.COM's CEO and co-founder. "Providing a 'career center' through the Headhunter.net partnership is in keeping with our strategy to provide small business a one-stop
solution to conduct their business online."

Another vertical co-brand partner is Success Center (http://www.success-center.com), a sales training and consulting organization that has helped improve the sales effectiveness of information technology companies such as IBM, Wang Global, AT&T, NEC, Oracle, and SUN Microsystems.

Expanding Consumer Sites. Headhunter.net has partnered with the premier relocation service on the Web, Moving.com (http://www.moving.com). For Moving.com President and CEO Eran Weis,
the partnership "seemed like the perfect match." "Each year 41 million Americans move, and often their spouses need a job in the new location. Moving.com has become the leader in providing a range of moving and related services. Providing a link for job searches was an additional service we could offer to our users."

ShopItAll.com is owned by AccessItAll.com, (http://www.accessitall.com), a consumer portal for shopping, auctions, news, travel, and career services that helps narrow user searches to manageable numbers of categories. "We're excited to be part of the growing Headhunter.net experience," says Jeff Herzog, president of AccessItAll.com.

Hybrid Business and Consumer Site. ISP Alliance, Inc., a nationwide provider of turnkey Internet and communications solutions, has a proprietary portal URAH.com (http://www.urah.com) that is targeted to four consumer segments: teens, genXers, parents, and those over 50. ISP Alliance's business customers include independent telephone companies, cable television operators, utilities, and affinity groups that, through individual agreements to co-brand the URAH.com portal, can post jobs and search for job applicants online. According to Anthony J. Tan, president and CEO of ISP Alliance, Inc., "This partnership with Headhunter.net brings job opportunities to our consumers in the secondary, tertiary, and rural markets that typically have minimal access to such listings."
