No lawsuit possible. Note that an independent source released the test results. Also note the many times that a process works fine in a lab, when the right feedstock is used, and the right conditions are applied. Then in the real world, the thing fails. Toups seems to have the most impressive labs in the world. But in the real world waste stream, will undoubtedly be catalysts that reverse the process and lower the energy yield.

Several large utility companies are looking for energy alternatives....in several parts of the central US they are turning to natural gas driven power plants that are constructed and based on a 3 1/2 week a year break even....any thing over the demand period is positive cash flow.....I have been led to belive that some of these same companies are looking at TOUP with interest.....all that is needed is one to say getty up cowboy and its rock and role for all of us. I have decided not to dollar cost average down any more......its a wait and see deal for me. One very intresting question for anyone out there is: Just how involved are the market makers with TOUP and the recent run down? Have we witnessed a conspiracy on the part of the market makers?
