Bill,
Thank you for your quick response. As both a member and a shareholder, do you think this bill has a chance of becoming law, and don't you think COST and WMT have the resources to fight it. COST is a very healthy company with a strong balance sheet, but this could really put the brakes on a very aggressive expansion plan. This sure has taken a toll on the price, which I consider an excellent buying opportunity. Thanks again!

Did the LA Times article list the bill number?
I found a site where I can get the full text of current
CA legislation, but could not locate a bill resembling
what you describe, and I refuse to pay the LA times
$1.50 to find out if they have the information I need.
