Hi Peach! Why should I wait till tomorrow! <g> Re: Your T-1. It's probably fastest early and late because that's when the fewest users are on. In laymen's terms, bandwidth is "divided" between all active users, so the more users, the less bandwidth available. Bandwidth equals speed...less bandwidth, less speed. Without knowing more about what the 400 workstations are doing, it's hard to give a more precise answer. If you're going outside of your network, it could relate to the # of users on the same network paths as your users. Kinky sounds funny. I've been known to have a borderline crude/funny sense of humor myself. It's served me well in some circles, and killed me in others. My wife can't hardly stand to be seen in public with me when I'm on a roll. :*) I finished up my lecture plan tonight. To be presented tomorrow morning. This is going to be fun.
