People who waggle their fingers!

Willie Safire:

WASHINGTON -- It is as if Bill Clinton looked us directly in the eye, and waggling his finger, said: I want you to listen to me. I never discussed clemency for terrorists with that woman, Ms. Clinton. Not a single time; never.

That is in essence his line in pretending he was not using the power of the Presidency to help get the First Lady a job in New York.

...groupies, lemmings, sheep....they follow their idols everywhere, protecting them from harm. Oh, it is so endearing to see the glaze in their eyes and the dreamy thoughts above their heads. In their hearts they truly know that someday their idol will remember lovingly how they protected their honor and will run to them, in slow motion as in a dream, arms stretched and waiting for that loving embrace, and deliver them from the daily humdrum, boring life. Oh, these idols of SI.

Sorry Cheeky, you just happened to be the last poster. I was caught up in the moment of idol worship and brought back to reality as I glance at the name of this thread.
