Right about RB, not worth posting but currently only source of any info. Just have to kick through quite a bit of garbage Curious as to what fact or facts you base this assumption of a 2-3 share conversion. There have been no verifiable numbers available of shares or equity whatsoever, strictly rumors. The rumor and innuendo is being initiated and flamed exclusively from the ITHC/QBID camp. And they'd like it all. Although, I do think the GAAY books could now be cooked to represent what ever they want them to, as the fox is guarding the henhouse. It wouldn't be wise to offer anything that cuts shares down further. Frank Olsen has already raised their ire-no sense pushing his luck. According to the letter from Joe Pittera posted on RB, Frank Olsen will now determine what the offer will be.
