Herm: Welcome back. Hope all is well, and understand you're busy with preparations for potential hurricane damage. I can WAIT on my post 11498, and 11502 (also). Only reply when it's convenient and a more reasonable use of your time than now. First things first.

OT - proposed accounting changes

See story by Jesse Berst of Anchordesk. He is suggesting that 2 proposed changes in FASB rules - valuation of stock options for employees and smoothing of earnings can materially affect high tech companies. Is he screaming the sky is falling with no basis?

Comments from accountants most welcome.

Herm: let's hope you are well anchored so that the hurricane won't blow you away!! <VBG>
