The limit on price moves seems to be set in round numbers and is 10% or less as you indicate. Apparently it can be as low as a limit of only a 5% move near the top of it's range. This applies to the Japanese traders. This morning, Softbank closed at $442 in Frankfurt. This was up from the $426 close in Tokyo last night. My Schwab Global Investing Broker quoted $438 Bid and $448 Asked a few minutes ago. Quicken and Bloomberg still show a last trade at $400. Quicken seems to update sooner but they are both pretty far behind.
