I've been saying for months that COMS w/probably break itself up. Now more than ever it looks like a piece of COMS, or pieces will be bought IMO.

COMS..about time!! Spinning off the paml will unlock value - I have been tellign everyone that the last few weeks was the time to add some COMS to your position - IMHO it styill is. It is undervalued, a great stock imho to own going into Q4 with Y2K etc, and when CS does go COMS will also benefit - also makes it easier to sell the business - I think further breaking up or selling off pieces will be likely..
