I actually stumbled across Gerards name in the NASDR when I was researching another CRIM stock Broker. The place is full of them. Why dont you call him up and ask him what the terms of the $3,000,000 equity financing is? SFLK has to hype this thing to give the convertible holders some shorting volume.
