The Falcons/Vikings game was as thrilling as the NFC Championship game. The Falcons slightly outplayed the Vikes, especially in the second half. We gave them 3 fumbles in great field position and there was a bogus pass interference call on a bomb to the goal line, which led to all of the Vikings points. The Vikes defense was better than expected, as they stuffed the run all day, but the Falcons passed downfield fairly well. The Vikings look similiar to last year, but won't have the same record for two reasons. Ray Sherman is a big downgrade from Brian Billick. Also, they secretly had a very easy schedule last year, and they do not this year. Winning in the NFL right now is about cornerbacks and quarterbacks. They didn't play a single team with good CBs and a good QB all season, until the Falcons.
