GraphOn Signs Five-Year Multi-level Agreement
with Alcatel

Telecommunications Leader To Provide GO-Global to Customers and Deploy Internally as
Connectivity Solution

CAMPBELL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 13, 1999--GraphOn Corporation (www.graphon.com; Nasdaq:GOJO -
news), a leading provider of thin, server-based connectivity and web-enabling software, announced today they have signed a
multi-level agreement with Alcatel, a world leader in telecommunications and network systems. Under the agreement, Alcatel
will resell and support GraphOn's GO-Global in its optical networking systems as the connectivity software to access Alcatel's
UNIX/X Network Management Systems applications from NT-based PCs. Alcatel is a world leader in optical transmission
systems.

In addition to providing GraphOn's GO-Global software solution to its customers, Alcatel will deploy GO-Global internally to
provide Alcatel employees high-speed network access to the company's own server-based software over dial-up, LANs and
WANs. Utilizing GraphOn's technology, Alcatel expects to take advantage of reduced network traffic and lower total cost of
ownership (TCO) while increasing the level of productivity.
