Auric - If you were talking about negative eps, then I would think additional shares would reduce the negative eps on a per share basis, which in the warped world of Auric's home spun analytics would be positive, I suppose. Infinitely, if you are to be believed.

Let's see in February (or before then) what the reality is here. Let's see if Rose Glen converts within the next 30 days, now that they may have the opportunity to do so at or about $7.85 per share. Then we can see once and for all if it's the stock (or your theories) that are floorless. Until then, at least have the decency and honesty to acknowledge that there is a floor of $7.85 on the Rose Glen conversions through Feb. 17, 2000, and $30 Million in cash in ATG's bank account (with no debt). On second thought, I doubt either "decency" or "honesty" are anywhere to be found in your dictionary.

See ya shorty.
