Personaly, I like the direction the company is going...I have checked on this co. before and the ONLY reason I have never invested in it is the game site. I just bought in today while everyone has been knocking the price down a bit. Thanks go to John who brought this stock to my attention again. When the dust settles, I believe ECNC will continue to make slow and steady progress as an up and comer.

mario..I'm with you. The whole eSportsbet.com concept is what got me into ECNC in the first place!!!! I don't give a rip about 15000 people buying art. I care about the 2 million people betting on football, baseball, and soccer.

We should try to remember

that bookmaking is a crime in almost every state. The judge in NY made it clear that the transparent subterfuge of an offshore subsidiary isn't enough to protect U.S. ownership from a criminal bookmaking charge.

Recently, the Canadian Mounties raided a company in Vancouver that operates bookmaking sites on the Internet and presumably the corporate officers will soon find themselves indicted on Canadian criminal charges.

The U.S. Congress is presently considering legislation to toughen the criminal aspect of internet bookmaking.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the handwriting is on the wall - these bookmaking dogs "aint gonna hunt." There's no percentage for ECONNECT to risk its very promising future on an illegal activity, no matter how lucrative that activity appears to be at the moment.

There is no risk to the shareholders from this "exchange"
because esportsbet has no lasting value. If the Art Auction works, it's great - it's a legitimate business and a platform to demonstrate some of the P>E>R>F>E>C>T> technology.

This move is clearly positive for ECONNECT and its shareholders because it removes a stigma which had to have been holding back the progress of the company and detracting from its credibility in the marketplace.

(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)
