Les:

I guess this article confirms what I have been saying from anecdotal evidence and common sense. Rents have been flat or dropping last two years with the largest housing boom sucking new home owners in. Anybody with some minimum to put down and a decent income or credit history has been able to move into a home. I predict the rents will not go up much more for next few years inspite of rising interest rates as there aren't that many renters left.
