Upultra, Yes, if one looks at the market only, the suit would seem to be frivolous. Fortunately, since court opens
on Friday of this week, we'll have a pretty good
indication of the merit of the allegations; if the Judge
makes the Restraining order permanent.

Ultra has not disclosed a thing, not even the existence of a lawsuit, that I am aware of, believe stock is up because of Watford's scheduled talk to Dain Bosworth conference in Houston, and the pump and dump Vancouver crowd is using that quite well, the lawsuit is not in the info stream as yet, and if suit is dismissed on Friday, it will be a non event altho AOW will be effectively out of business, but if not, there will be big consequences.
