It's difficult for me to believe that management's stock sales were made in light of negative information it knew would eventually become public. Not only is that unlawful (and would trigger a healthy round of shareholder suits), but in my 10 months in the stock, and knowledge of Q's history, nothing prepares me to believe that management is anything but above board and characterized by anything but integrity. FWIW
