Here's another classic: Bains said "the similarity to YDI's release was probably a coincidence. He said he was familiar with the company and had even tried to buy it. ``We've looked at their product,' he said. ``I'm under a non-disclosure agreement. We were trying to acquire that company.' Oh sure, the company that got dropped as a target in another deal becasue the due diligence showed they have nothing was gonna buy another company that has nothing. WTF? One thing that I can ssure you of and that is David Evans, the Bloomberg reporter who filed that report will dig deeper and any fish that is still long this joke has NO one to blame but themselves at this point.
