Orbit/FR, a Phila. company, agreed today to plead guilty to illegally giving Chinese officials technology that would help improve the accuracy of missiles... The company, planned to plead guilty to charges of violating the Arms Export Control Act. Orbit was fined $600,000 and could be banned from exporting products for up to 10 years. Orbit was to have been paid $1 mil. for the information. No money changed hands.
