Eric B. just appeared on CNBC. Spoke more articulately and positively than I've ever seen him. Stock is starting to move. It appears the Street likes it.

EB on CNBC coyly declines to comment on takeover speculation but infers PALM spin-off makes COMS a "purer" network play and smiles slyly when Bill Griffith utters leading question, 'Won't this make you a more attractive acquisition?'

<<Regardless of what COMS does, if he overall market is soft they will have difficulty going north from here...>>

I also think softness - or worse - through October and am also moving to cash and/or short positions - with the exception of COMS.

Bought more COMS at 27 7/16 with the pullback this a.m. (good move) but more still right after the interview at 28 3/4 (bad move). With this stock I'm not too worried, but should have anticipated that with the negativity that surrounds COMS there would be a "sell the news" reaction.

I'm hoping that larger players - over time - will recognize the value and start building positions. May be after options expiration. That's my bet.
