On CNBC when Bill was interviewing Eric he asked him if the spin-off was in prep for 3Com being bought or such, Eric wouldn't comment and they went back and forth or it for a moment. If you see a repeat you'll see what I'm saying.

As for who would be a suitor I can think of 10 or more companies.

Just listened to that link Moonray. The wrong sound card was being used so I couldn't do so earlier. That's the whole thing in that clip, but it doesn't show a grin or two. The last part is what I was commenting on.
