Anything fishy about NOIZ or is this strictly a valuation play?

Hello IS and thread: post IPO 25 day pop
An article entitled, "Like Clockwork, Red Hat, Net2Phone and Others Jump 25 Days After Their IPOs" found at URL
fnews.yahoo.com
states there is enough of a pop ( often >10%) to trade for a profit on the 25th day after the post IPO quiet period and the 'analysts' issue their recommendations to buy. Is anyone doing this successfully? It looks interesting and fits into the mentality of a frothy market aslosh with mad money. It seems like it might be a better trading strategy than the expiration of the lockup period, when it is often hard to find shares to short at the last minute.
Best regards,
m
