It is definitely not good to bail out of a conference, especially when you are the first speaker. There is obviouly much interest in a stock that has recently dropped 20-25%.

QCOM: Investor Relations -- poor
Media Relations -- poor
Wisdom in scheduling two analyst meetings in two east coast cities in one week -- poor

Jim with all due respect, Q has no responsibility to tell the Street anything. The street does not determine who will be a gorilla...earnings and market share do that.

Short term fluctuations in the price of the stock is not relevant for management to address. They have better things to do.
