That one shocked the hell out of me when I heard it. I actually thought it was irresponsible besides being unusual. Made me so suspicious I've kept away, and am just watching. Is BBRS selling on Level II? Wouldn't surprise meat all.

Scrumpy: The CS Suisse Boston analyst said "load up the truck" but he meant his kid's 12-inch dumptruck. Hey, he got very enthusiastic. Maybe he's new. Maybe he's young. Maybe he hasn't picked a loser in the last three months. The downgrade may have been price related; APNT ran from 16 to 40 in a day...the CS analyst's target was 45. (Lee)
