Few thinsg on ECNC today and past . . . Today - 1) All of you on the board - biggest bunch of dribble I have ever seen..People posting with no idea what they were talking about... 2) Manny, Tom does not need to play these games with people regarding putting a streamlined press release out the next day..What does this do? Freaks people out..Heck, I wanted in today bad...I put it in the email. Why didn't I get in?? Because I had absolutely no idea how the deal was done...but tommorow, after the panic is over, I might know. When something like THIS is done, you gotta lay it on the table, Tom...You have a bunch of people here that were focused in one direction..give us a clue as to how the deal was worked..are you issuing shares or what??? or was it an even exchange. 3) We MUST have a list of sites that ECNC is operating, so that we have half an idea of what is going on..Do you own 777wins.com ?? What are the revso n this? Betportal? Esportsbet? Artauction? Slap us a list on here of what we own to date and what is not being exchanged...what is the focus? 4) Basically, what we saw on the boards today (mainly RB) was people not having a clue as to what the heck you all were doing...this could have been hanlded in one PR...but learn and live. and no problemos ----- Question - One thing that comes to mind with this deal is that...is Wexler out of the picture now? Is he still tied to ECNC besides owning shares? Is tom going to remain CEO? Maybe Tom saw that we didn't need a guy running a freaking sports book running acompany on the border of a industry shaking technology.....This guy is a bookie, not a CEO. We need a man that can make deals, and not get screwed. :-) Tom or somebody else can do this, not the bookie. IT's illegal folks. My first post on ECNC on my thread and this one was on nothing else but the eportsbet and 777wins...this stuff is not legal, but I put it aside because I bleive in PERFECT. and I still do.... Basically, I see this is as a good move, somewhat...Good long-term, but short-term, screwing with people's minds is not good...So big deal about the short-term players..I don't give a flip. I do NOT want the Bookie running the show. Tom, you have put your life in this company....YOU need to run it..if you wanna be the visionary behind it all, be the chairman, hire a headhunter and find ya a CEO... As far as directions goes, It looks good...Tom is getting us out of these illegal operations (true, they never should have been in them, like I said a month or so ago..but hey, what the ehck do I know?) so it's a good move lonterm. It is very evident everything is riding on this eGate stuff. in a few months, he will have what..about 500,000 users to test this out..look at the PRs for the numbers..the other auction site, plus this one and whatever is going on in Austrailia..lost of testing ground.. He will have massive testing numbers to back what he has to say and present this too...You can't ask for more than that...so! they are FOCUSING ,not losing focus, IMO..which is good. (the more I write on this, the more my brain is flying wide open with ideas)...get rid of the 777wins and esports bet if you own it...good good good. BUT I WANT TO SEE WHAT WE OWN, What shares are being issued to people and such...WE HAVE GOT TO SEE HOW THIS DEAL WAS STRUCTURED TOM. Don't need a candian deal... eGate is clearly where you are heading and where you have your moola at...go with it..and apparently you are. FM But, tom needs to cut the crap about these 2 day press releases manny, we need to do something about this Goldberg lady..i don't care if Tom has a love affair or whatever Jordan said that Tom liekd about this lady..you are hired $$$ IR guy. I want to talk to you...Period. How many IRs do we need on the payrolls? It's called managment.
